Corrugated sheets from corrugated fiber-glass laminate FILON

Description

Fiberglass is the most economic and very easy transparent material, which is suitable for enlightening, resistant against UV radiation and wind conditions and its main components are glass fiber and thermal hardened polymere (resin). It can be used in temperatures from -40 to +140 and i tis considered as material with exceptional physical-mechanic features, excellent resistance against hail, low weight and easy processing. Fiberglass is produced in wide range of colors , forms and profiles.

Processing of sheets

  • Cutting: by circular saw
  • Drilling: by ordinary drills without changed whet, drilled hole has to be about 3-5 mm biggeg than average of used screw. The hole for a screw has do be always drilled, not broken.

Installation of sheets

Installation of sheets is performed on wooden lath or on steel or aluminium panopticon by bores, profiled+EPMD pads and plastic holders of distance according type of sheet with consideration on snow zone or loading of snow and wind.

Perform installation always against the direction of wind. Overhang of slinks of heets are in the direction of wind and thats why can not be any destruction or disturbation in strong wind. In the link, hanger of distance has to be always placed on construction with both sheets fixed by whet, according the type of a consruction, through profiled and EPMD pad.
