High –density polyethylene (PE-HD, PE-300)

  • high resistance against chemicals
  • amazing processability and weldability
  • harmless to health
  • high tenacity and tensibilty
  • possibility of usage from -50 until 70 C
  • UV stabilization in basic design
  • Suitable for a construction of outside tanks and for vacuum forming
  • PP lined ( with coextruded fabric for bonding and lamination) also in offer

POLYVINYLCHLORIDE  (PVC-U)

  • high firmness
  • easy workability
  • high resistance against some chemicals
  • good weldability
  • usage from 0 to even 50 C
  • suitable for tanks and devices for chemical industry and also for mechanical loading
  • special type PVC-C for long-life thermal loading even 90 C

SOFTENED PVC

  • plastic is mostly applying as a filling of louvers or pendulous doors

POLYVINYLIDENFLUORIDE  (PVDF)

  • high mechanical firmness, consistency and tenacity
  • excellent resistance against most of chemicals and radioactive enviroment
  • easy weldability
  • harmless to health
  • usage -40 to 150 C
  • suitable for most demanding services with aggresive mediums and for using in ultrapure technologies (semiconductor and microchip manufacturing, food industry etc.)

 

SPECIAL PLASTICS

For high-demanding applications we also offer semiproducts from  E_CTFE, PFA, FEP etc which resist against aggresive chemicals and extreme low and high temperatures. If you are interested in these materials, we would be pleased to discuss specefics with you.

  • amazing thermal stability (-170 until even 250 C)
  • good sliding features
  • excellent electric-isolation features
  • usable for machine parts and devices in demanding conditions (metallurgy, chmical industry etc.)
